All orders over £75 are delivered free of charge, orders under this are charged at £4.95 per order. 

Our Shipping Policies relate to the UK Mainland but we also ship to Southern Ireland ( Eire) and also Mainland Europe, please contact us by the contact form provided or simply email for shipping and costing details )

The Stock availability message means that we or one of our suppliers has the item/items in stock and we will normally be able to despatch your order within the time specified, which means that the item will leave our premises in that time - not that you should expect to receive the goods in that time.

We can sometimes offer an Express Shipping option, please call us for a quote.

All availability and delivery times quoted on the website are for guidance only and should not be taken as a guarantee. We try to update this information on a daily basis to keep you best informed.

Our Returns and Refund Policy
You will be able to return any unused goods within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, the responsibility of returning the item(s) is with the customer. Notification must be received by ourselves in writing no more than 7 days from receipt of your goods. No goods will be accepted back unless you have actioned this and received a reply with a returns number.

If you receive any items incorrectly they will be picked up from you or a returns prepaid stamp will be provided depending on the items value and weight. The correct items will then be delivered to you free of charge by return. (please check orders before sending and make a copy of any emails and invoices for your own reference.)

In the unlikely event that goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt, these also will be picked up from you or a returns prepaid stamp will be provided depending on the items value and weight and a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the goods.

Goods deemed to be faulty during the Manufacturers warranty period will need to be returned to us for inspection before any action is taken which we will organise for you at our expense. Should the item be found to be faulty it will be repaired or replaced free or charge.
