Our Delivery Policy.
All orders over £75 are delivered free of charge, orders under this are charged at £6.95 per order. ( Orders over 31kg may attract a surcharge, depending on the item ordered. You will be contacted before this is applied should it need to be)

Our Shipping Policies relate to the UK Mainland but we also ship to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland ( Eire) and also Mainland Europe, please contact us by the contact form provided or simply email for shipping and costing details )

Our Returns and Refund Policy
You will be able to return any unused goods within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, the responsibility of return costs is with the customer.

If you recieve any items incorrectly they will be picked up from you and the correct items delivered to you free of charge by return. (please check orders before sending and make a copy of any emails and invoices for your own reference.)

In the unlikely event that goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt, these also will be picked up from you and a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the goods.
