The Order Process
Here at Tool Catalogue UK we understand the importance of a reliable delivery service and keeping you the customer informed of the status of your order once placed.

When you place an order you will receive an email which is confirmation that the order has been received by our secure online store. This email will contain a list of the products ordered and the total cost.
A final email will be sent when your order has been despatched.

We hope that in providing this service we give you the customer more faith in buying online from us.

Carriage charge

All our Prices are inclusive of VAT. The price you see is the price you pay.
Our standard delivery charges are Free for orders over £75 all orders under this there is a charge of £6.95.

Our Returns and Refund Policy
You will be able to return any unused goods within 7 days of purchase for a full refund minus the delivery cost.

If you receive any items, incorrectly they will be picked up from you and the correct items delivered to you free of charge by return. (please check orders before sending and make a copy of any emails and invoices for your own reference.)

In the unlikely event that goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt, these also will be picked up from you and a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the goods.

Any items which develop faults within the manufacturers warranty period, will be picked up from you. Simply contact us using our Contact Form. The item will be repaired or replaced accordingly and redelivered promptly on the understanding that the repair or replacement is covered by the manufacturers warranty.
